General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Welcome to Le Central Hotel **. The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made directly with our hotel, whether online, by phone, by email, or in person. By confirming a reservation, you fully accept these terms without restriction.
These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the booking of services offered by Le Central Hotel ** via its website or directly at the hotel.
They form part of the sales contract and must be accepted in full before finalizing any booking.
By booking with us, the guest acknowledges having reviewed all the information necessary to make an informed reservation.
1. Booking
Individual bookings may be made by phone, email, website, or on-site. For group bookings, business or administrative stays, reservations must be done by email.
All bookings must be confirmed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount or by providing a valid credit card as guarantee. A booking confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and their provisions.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Guests may access their room from 1:00 p.m. and must vacate it by 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out may result in the charge of an additional night.
In accordance with local regulations, guests may be required to complete a registration form upon arrival and present valid ID.
3. Prices and Payment
Rates are expressed in euros, all taxes included (VAT). They do not include the tourist tax, which must be paid upon arrival.
The full amount of the stay must be paid at check-in.
Payment can be made by credit card, cash, holiday vouchers, or bank transfer.
The Central Hotel ** reserves the right to modify its rates at any time without prior notice.
4. Cancellation and Modification Policy
In accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, the client is reminded that the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 121-21 does not apply.
Any change or cancellation of a reservation is only considered final after written confirmation by email from the hotel. Requests for changes or cancellations may be subject to the hotel’s cancellation conditions.
For individual bookings, cancellation is free of charge two days before the arrival date. After this time, the Central Hotel ** reserves the right to charge the first night and to debit the credit card provided as guarantee.
In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the first night will be charged and debited. For no-shows on bookings of more than 2 nights, the hotel is not obliged to retain the room for the remainder of the stay.
Le Central Hotel ** reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of non-payment of the deposit, lack of credit card guarantee, or inappropriate behavior.
5. Liability
The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
Small pets (dogs or cats) are accepted.
Le Central Hotel ** is not responsible for any damages of any kind (e.g., internet network unavailability, inability to access the website, external intrusion, computer viruses, etc.) resulting from changes to the site and/or temporary unavailability. The client acknowledges the risks associated with internet use.
6. House Rules
Safety conditions must be respected by both the hotel and the guests. Guests must comply with the hotel’s internal rules, including safety instructions given by staff.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests whose health or hygiene conditions are deemed unacceptable or pose a risk to themselves or others. Any behavior contrary to good morals or public order will result in the hotel asking the client to leave the premises immediately, without any compensation or refund. If no payment has yet been made, the client must pay for the nights already stayed before leaving.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas indicated by reception.
Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Any damage caused by the client will be charged.
7. Personal Data
The data collected during the reservation process is used solely for managing the booking and will not be shared with third parties.
